Yonimudra

Techniques Used By Yonimudra

Yonimudra: It is a method designed to promote training in Pratyahara or abstraction practice in order to stop the conscious mind from asking for sensory perceptions. This article explains you about the techniques used to perform yonimudra. Keep reading this article to learn more about them.

The word Yoni signifies Brahmayoni’s brahman. The Yoga Institute’s distinctive psychophysical approach is inspired by a tortoise, which divides its members into its shield as soon as it perceives a threat, to conserve energy.

The same applies to our perceptions; unwanted and unregulated impulses continue to be generated, dissipating strength.

Steps To Create Yonimudra

Here are a few of the brief measures on how to create this yonimudra.

  • This activity does not require any order to sit or stand. And you can do anything you want. But the key thing to note is you have to sit in a very stable position.
  • Wear loose clothes, and sit in a place where not much noise is present. Where better to concentrate.
  • Relieve completely from your doubts and stress. Then, breathe deeply and this mudra finally begins.
  • Bring the other hand to your lips
  • Post middle finger but keep breathing in and out.
  • Place your index fingers over them and close your eyelids.
  • Move the middle finger on either side of the nostrils.
  • Place thumbs on the ear near the holes in the head.

Techniques In Yonimudra

Yonimudra  is an incredibly special technique. What’s happening here is that you continue to get an extra value or practice this mudra, then you continue to imagine the life chakras.

Several yogis or ancient practitioners have said they’ve started seeing their lives through a chakra movement. Furthermore, you see your past life too.

Also, after you’ve mastered this meditation yonimudra, you may have the ability to hear your inner voice.

We have an inner consciousness or an inner voice, but it reduces because of outside forces and pressures. Thus  this mudra greatly helps in hearing the inner voices.

It is also said that in this yoga pose is also called mystery sounds, sounds can be heard. Perfect people are widely known for hearing sounds from the perfect ear, whereas left-handed people hear sounds from the left eye.

In the yoni mudra even the prescribed posture is siddhasana. This is thought to be the perfect yoga pose for acquiring experience and managing your lower openings.

Yet, performing siddhasana is not everybody’s cup of tea. Only padmasana will get you started. And once you’re finished with the openings below, you can continue by sealing the openings above.

Methods In Yoni Mudra

Sit in all wellness places first. Then, connect the two minor fingers together using two fingers from both hands and touch the first knee of both thumbs with the juniper’s last joint.

Then put the two middle fingers under the lower fingers and align your knees to continue. Place the ring finger in front of it and put the index finger’s first knee on the two fingers.

Physical Advantage

The thumb regulates the flame in the body. The index finger is fingered in the air dimension. Moderate and ring-finger regulates this body part; Juniha remains in charge of the finger’s water dimension.

The ability to monitor sensations improves with its continuous practice, where all of the components get the gain.

This also improves the ability to concentrate mindset. This reduces negative body energy and is increasingly hopeful.

When the brain, heart, and lungs are healthy, this puts a lot of pressure on the muscles in their legs.

Kundalini: The Unique Approach

Any kind of meditation is powerful but the exceptional approach of Kundalini makes it especially transformative.

It is the combination of five particular elements that is so significant in Kundalini. Those are: asanas (postures of yoga), mudras (hand gestures), bandhas (locks of the body), breathing and mantras.

Asanas, Bandhas, And Mudras

By practicing yonimudra, many individuals meditate efficiently and intensely, and they are likely to take that approach with Kundalini meditation.

But, simple postures of the body called asanas that help you to become more attuned to your body and more sensitive to the changes that occur. Because Kundalini raises and balances the energy of the chakras of your body, the asanas associated with the great chakras will significantly improve your understanding of your energy levels.

For an example, Frog Pose is perfect for channeling creative sexual energy into the sacred chakra, while Neck Rolls helps you to interact with the throat chakra which is connected to our ability to communicate openly and honestly.

Any sitting posture where the base of the spine is in contact with the ground is very good for increasing consciousness of the basic chakra, such as Half Lotus or Simple Pose or even the more challenging Full Lotus.

Yonimudra are hand movements which establish subtle energy connections in the brain through the nadis (living channels). They can effectively invoke a religious concept or symbol and, in a completely clear approach to various parts of your body, enter your mind.

The ancient yogis believed that each of the five fingers represented a distinct human quality, a variable and a planetary influence: for example,

  • Thumb represents happiness
  • Index represents understanding
  • Middle finger represents patience
  • Fourth finger represents energy
  • Little finger represents intuition

Some mudras are highly tantric, combining male and female strength, such as Venus Lock and Yonimudra.

Bandhas or body locks are used to direct the body’s flow of energy, and are necessary to lift the Kundalini.

Breath

Breathing strategies are another critical component of Kundalini. Traditionally, yogis have believed that our normal breathing rate is too slow and fast to effectively increase the Kundalini’s strength.

The exercises on breathing control play an important role in Kundalini practice and primarily involve slowing down the inhalation, holding the breath and then gradually exhaling.

We absorb more prana (life force) in the process, and benefit from a meditative state’s physiological and psychological effects.
